Yes, to kick off any project, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% upfront to secure your spot in the design process.
Each project varies but typically, we present an initial set of design concepts followed by up to 2 rounds of revisions. Each round of revisions is a set of limitless feedback from you and us implementing this feedback and presenting the revised concept back to you. Most of our clients don’t use them all up, but they are there in case you need them.
We require a deposit of 50% before we start working together and the remaining 50% is invoiced upon completion. Since no two projects are the same, and in some cases, we might allow for a different payment plan that suits both parties.
